Hybridizer Reward Program Rules

·         Each participant will pick a number and then draw a number out of a hat

·         The box (boxes) will be opened at the meeting and the member that was called first will get the plant on top, the next person called will get the second and so on.  The idea is that the last person called will have the same chance as the first to get the best plant.  If members want to trade that can happen when all the plants are given.

·         Mary Jane Beale will handle any plant exchange.

·         If a member is not present at the meeting for the drawing, they will not receive a plant.

·         To be a participant in this program, a member must pay their dues by April 1. .

·         Any plants left over following the “official distribution” will be auctioned to the membership, starting at $35.00 and move up from that point.  Auctioned plants will become the property of the buyer.

·         Any “guest-daylily” will receive two (2) years propagation-growth in the member’s garden, the member will retain two (2) fan and return the balance to the Club upon call-for-plants by the program-chairman.

·         Any “hybridizer” plant not taken will be propagated in the Wilborn’s garden,
